The Central Davis Approach

Central Davis Sewer District believes it has a responsibility to its customers to enhance the environment by treating wastewater to appropriate levels of pollution reduction.  In order to insure the receiving water, Farmington Bay is protected from harm, the District began an extensive research program on Farmington Bay.  Links to this research can be found on the District's website at cdsewer.org.  By clicking on the picture to the left you will be redirected to that site.

Our Story

Our Story

Central Davis was established in 1959 to collect and treat wastewater from Kaysville, Farmington and Fruit Heights.  Since that time, the District has been operated to meet environmental regulations.  the District has been awarded two National Operations and Maintenance Excellence Award from EPA.

Susan Tanner Holmes

Board Chair

Susan Tanner Holmes has been working with Central Davis Sewer District for the past 16 years.  As a chair on the board of trustees she she has a unique perspective on Environmental Protection.

Jill Jones

District General Manager

Jill has both a bachelor and masters degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Utah.  She directs all operations of the water reclamation and collection systems as well as being involved in the research.

Manjot Kaur

Engineer and Research Scientist

Manjot has both a bachelor and masters degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Utah.  She is involved in much of the research on Farmington Bay.
